L3 Sweater assignment (M9)

Inspired by things Cornish – the white cross on black on the sketchbook is the Cornish flag – including the Cornish pasty used for a crimped edging!  In Cornwall gansay sweaters are known as knitfrocks.  The sweater has short row shaping over the bust and this has been worked into the stitch patterning.  The yarn colour is charcoal grey, not easy to photograph.
